Barry Collins left Glasgow for Leeds in 2000, where he discovered his passion for real estate. After excelling at a leading estate agency, he joined a national property recruitment firm in London as a franchise owner in 2005.

In 2015, Barry founded Collins Property Recruitment, prioritising tailored solutions and collaborative success. With a pragmatic, creative approach and a focus on relationships, Barry and his team are committed to delivering exceptional results for clients and candidates alike. A. I love the variety. I manage marketing, business development, recruitment, finance and strategy, to list just a few.

Q. Why Collins Property Recruitment?

A. After 10 years owning a franchise business, I was fed up with the volume of conversations and emails needed to make simple decisions, it became monotonous. So I went it alone, and 7 years on it was absolutely the right move!
