Emma has 20+ years' recruitment experience and has specialised in the property sector for the past 10, covering all Business Support roles within Property.
During school and university, Emma's plan was always to become a psychologist. She thrives when building relationships with people and has an innate ability to understand someone’s personality in a very short amount of time. She relishes in the opportunity to make a difference to someone's life and loves coming up with practical solutions to make their lives easier.
Recruitment is historically seen by most as a tedious task. However, Emma's goal is to flip this theory and turn it into an enjoyable experience. She achieves this with a touch of humour (depending on the client/candidate!) and personality.
In her personal life, Emma is a mum to two young kids, two cats and a forever puppy Teddy. As a mum she teaches her children to always think about others, have creative thinking and above all to always be honest as that is her work and personal mantra.
