Hanya has built a diverse and successful career over the years, blending her expertise in both Estate Agency and Recruitment. With over 12 years dedicated to Financial and Veterinary Recruitment, and 15 years of experience in residential lettings in Richmond upon Thames - where she was as Lettings Director for a leading independent estate agency. 

Her passion for working with people, along with her market knowledge, makes Property Recruitment an ideal fit. Hanya is dedicated to finding top talent for her clients, understanding the challenges of securing the right fit and the stress of job hunting. She takes pride in easing these pressures and values the lasting relationships she builds along the way.

Outside of her professional life, Hanya enjoys spending time on the beach or exploring the scenic South Downs with her young German Shepherd, Hebe.

 

Q. What is the best part of your job? 

A. Guiding candidates throughout the full process of finding a new job, it's a privilege to work together on what is such personnel event.

Q. What is the bravest thing you have done? 

A. Traveling around the world on my own aged 26. Landing in Mumbai at 2am was a bit scary! Followed by a sky dive in New Zealand (never again)  

 

Q. What is your favourite cuisine? 

A. Indian, I love cooking up an Indian feast for my friends & family.  

 

Q. Where is your favourite city break? 

A. San Sabastian, Spain. The food it amazing and the beach is beautiful.  

 

Q. Where would you live in London (if money was no object)? 

A. Richmond, I was born and raised in Richmond so it will always have a special place in my heart.
