An award winning and leading Build-to-Rent operator is recruiting for a Facilities Manager who will be based in a high-end Build-to-Rent development in Reading. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the building meets standards of safety, appearance and overall functionality.

Overview:

Facilities Manager (BTR)
Location: Reading
Salary: Up to £55,000

Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager include:

Manage a team of Maintenance professionals.
Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work.
Carry out building inspections.
Supervise maintenance and repairs.
Ensure health & safety and compliance requirements are met.

The person:

Prior experience as a Facilities Manager within residential property.
Comprehensive understanding of building maintenance and H&S compliance.
IOSH/NEBOSH.
