A leading, global property company is seeking a Leasing Associate to work on a Build-to-Rent development in London. The Leasing Associate is responsible for the letting out and renewals of vacant apartments.
Overview:
- Job Title: BTR Leasing Associate
- Salary: Up to £32,000 + commission
- Location: South London
- Carry out viewings with prospective residents and following up on appointments accordingly.
- Inspect apartments ahead of move in.
- Complete leasing paperwork and ensure databases are up to date.
- Liaise with residents, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle resident requests and complaints.
- Professional demeanour.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Willingness to actively participate and contribute to creating a fantastic community.
- Previous experience working in lettings, hospitality, retail or in a customer service role is required.
