A leading, fast growing Build-to-Rent operator is recruiting for a Lettings Manager to be based in Edinburgh.
Overview:
- Job Title: BTR Lettings Manager
- Location: Edinburgh
- Salary: Up to £43,000 + Bonus
- Working Hours: 5 out of 7 days per week (including some Saturdays)
Responsibilities of the Lettings Manager include:
- Manage a team of Leasing Professionals.
- Drive sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
- Ensure team members are delivering to a high standard.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Mobilisation team to achieve lease up targets.
- Oversee renewals.
- Complete various reports.
- Stay informed about the current market and competitors.
- Use software to track apartments availability, record traffic and leasing activities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Carry out viewings and community tours.
- Follow health & safety procedures in accordance with company policy.
- Identify areas of improvement.
- Experienced Lettings Manager within residential property.
- Prior experience leading a team.
- Excellent understanding of the leasing process and legislation.
- Be a natural leader.
- Have a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- A clear, calm communication style.
