Key Responsibilities of the Core Sales Manager:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by generating and converting leads, conducting viewings, and securing property sales in South Kensington.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers to secure future business and instructions.
- Manage the full sales process from instruction to completion, liaising with solicitors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property regulations.
- Deliver a first-class client experience, providing expert advice and tailored property solutions.
- Build a strong network of industry contacts to identify new business opportunities and maintain an active client database.

- A proven track record in residential property sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of the South Kensington property market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage multiple sales processes efficiently, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
