One of London’s leading Investment and Development consultancies is looking for an outstanding Development Agent to join their collaborative team.
Candidates should have good industry knowledge with previous land and development experience and an understanding of the planning system. Focusing on development sites and PRS schemes, you will be able to appraise opportunities, establish key risks and profitability. Source opportunities and acquire sites negotiating favourable terms.
This Development Agent role will suit a hungry, driven, entrepreneurial agent.
The ideal Development Agent should have:
- Land / Development Agency experience (at least 2-3 years).
- Demonstrable track record.
- The ability to appraise opportunities.
- The ability to cope under pressure and work smartly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Personable and capable.
- A strong network of contacts.
- Excellent business development and presentation skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own time and workload.
