A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to be based on a high-end Build-to-Rent site in Croydon.

- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
- Respond to maintenance requests, carry out hands on maintenance repairs when possible.
- Liaise with contractors when needed, ensure their work is to a high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents.
- Ensure the building meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
- Provide property inspections.
- Carry out maintenance works.
- Ensure building is H&S compliant.
- Prior experience in a Maintenance or Handyman role working with residential buildings.
- Comprehensive understanding of building services.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Positive, can do attitude.
