Collins Property Recruitment is working with an international, privately owned and respected agency who are selling some of London’s best Prime and Super-Prime homes. The firm seeks an experienced Marketing Manager on a 12-16 month FTC to oversee their London and international marketing strategies. 

This role involves managing comprehensive marketing efforts for their offices. The ideal candidate will have strategic vision, strong leadership, and experience in luxury real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Directly manage a Marketing Executive and an Administrator, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and communication across all platforms.
  • Budget management.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with multiple external agencies. 
  • Oversee day-to-day tasks and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage paid digital campaigns and analyse performance metrics.
  • Manage offline campaigns and analyse performance metrics - including but not limited to print, events, etc. 
  • Lead improvements for website functions, marketing, and communication purposes.
  • Regularly conduct meetings with London and International offices to gather content, market trends to integrate marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Oversee and create content with a focus on SEO implementation.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of video content.
  • Copywriting.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, strategies and industry standards across the prime real estate and luxury sectors. 
The Marketing Manager’s required skills and experience:
  • Positive, motivated, and passionate.
  • Excellent (native or bilingual) written English.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good knowledge and experience of working with the full marketing mix.
  • Proven experience in a marketing and communications role, ideally within the luxury real estate sector.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong SEO and PPC skills, with experience managing Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in using Canva, Later, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp & Trello.
