Key responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Consultant:
- Driving sales by leveraging marketing materials, model homes, local resources, and developer relationships.
- Acting as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for prospective buyers from the initial meeting through to the handover of their new home.
- Building buyer confidence by showcasing the features and benefits of homes and the homebuilding experience.
- Identifying buyers’ needs and presenting tailored solutions to secure buy-in and close sales.
- £30,000 - £40,000 Basic
- Car Allowance
- Commission between 10% - 20%
- Monday - Friday
- Preferably experienced in New Homes Sales.
- Transferable sales experience such as Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, or similar will also be considered.
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care and service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office, email, and online platforms.
