Key responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Consultant:

  • Driving sales by leveraging marketing materials, model homes, local resources, and developer relationships.
  • Acting as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for prospective buyers from the initial meeting through to the handover of their new home.
  • Building buyer confidence by showcasing the features and benefits of homes and the homebuilding experience.
  • Identifying buyers’ needs and presenting tailored solutions to secure buy-in and close sales.
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will receive the following:
  • £30,000 - £40,000 Basic 
  • Car Allowance 
  • Commission between 10% - 20% 
  • Monday - Friday
Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Sales Consultant:
  • Preferably experienced in New Homes Sales. 
  • Transferable sales experience such as Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, or similar will also be considered.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office, email, and online platforms.
