Collins Property Recruitment is working with an independent Property Developer who has an impressive track record of building exceptional homes to recruit a New Homes Sales Progressor. They are seeking an organised & motivated individual who has experience in progressing property sales transactions to completion ensuring all parties are kept up to date in a professional manner, experience in New Homes would be an advantage.
Key responsibilities as a New Homes Sales Progressor:
- Work alongside the company owners in promoting the upcoming properties including advertising the units on Rightmove and Zoopla.
- Deal with all the enquiries from potential buyers and agents.
- Organise site visits with potential buyers and conduct viewings.
- Liaise with buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completions.
- Handle any issues or delays that arise, finding solutions to keep the transaction on track.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the relevant estate agents.
- General office administration duties.
- Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.
- Ideally 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator (ideally in New Homes but not essential).
- Experience in sales progression.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, pro rata.
- This role is part time, consisting of 3 or 4 days a week including Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays plus ad hoc Saturdays (1in4).
