Collins Property Recruitment is working with a well-established independent estate agent in Guildford who is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Negotiator to join their experienced and passionate team.

The firm has built an exceptional reputation over the years, built on dedication,  exceptional industry, and local market knowledge.

Key responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator:

  • Work alongside the Sales Director and the team to proactively promote the company.
  • Conduct property viewings and relay feedback.
  • Maintain and develop excellent relationships with the vendors and applicants.
  • Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members growth of the business.
Required skill sets for the Sales Negotiator:  
  • Minimum proven track record of at least 18-24 months as a Sales Negotiator.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and can-do attitude.
  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • A UK driving license.
