A successful multi-office and independently-run Estate Agency in North-West London is recruiting a Sales Negotiator for their Highgate office! As a Sales Negotiator, you will be representing their brand and guiding clients through the exciting journey of buying and selling property. You’ll be part of a supportive and results-driven team, gaining invaluable industry knowledge and honing your negotiation skills.
Your responsibilities as the Sales Negotiator will include the following:
- Managing a portfolio of properties and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Conducting viewings and providing expert advice to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the sales progression process, ensuring smooth transactions from offer acceptance to completion.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
- £18,000 base salary plus £4250 car allowance
- Generous commission structure.
- £40,000 - £50,000 OTE.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency, a Sales Negotiator role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Well-presented and professional demeanour.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
