A fast-growing independent Estate Agency, with offices in Enfield and Palmers Green, is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator with 5 years plus experience to join their dynamic team in Palmers Green.

Your responsibilities as the Sales Negotiator will include the following:
- Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Negotiating property sales and achieving targets.
- Managing and progressing offers and contracts.
- Providing expert advice to buyers and vendors.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth transactions.
- Continually developing your skills and knowledge of the property market.
- £23,000 – £26,500 base salary depending on experience
- Generous commission structure
- £50,000 OTE
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Estate Agency, a Sales Negotiator role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Well-presented and professional demeanour.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
