This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join this people-focused company as a Senior Lettings Negotiator.

As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with existing and new Landlords & Tenants.
Key responsibilities as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Work alongside the Lettings Manager in promoting the business.
- Managing clients and keeping them updated with regular communications.
- Identifying opportunities for valuations and actively seeking new business.
- Generating, organising and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers with Landlords and Tenants in a professional manner.
- Conduct market appraisals with prospective landlords (training provided).
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Maintain and update the company database.
- Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.
- Regular canvassing activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Ideally 12 months experience in Estate Agency.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Be highly motivated and driven by success.
