In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, this position will suit a seasoned Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in their Estate Agency career.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice.
- Negotiating offers and facilitating smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Keep updated with the latest property market trends, pricing, and local developments.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients at every stage of the process.
- Minimum Lettings experience of 18 months.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of hitting target.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting client relationships.
- £25,000+ basic salary.
- Car allowance.
- Scaling pooled commission structure.
- Minimum £65,000+ OTE.
