In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and landlords, whether you're seasoned in property sales or looking to take the next step in your Estate Agency career.
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice.
- Negotiating offers and facilitating smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest property market trends, pricing, and local developments.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients at every stage of the process.
- Previous experience in property sales or lettings.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of hitting targets.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting client relationships.
- £28,000 basic salary.
- Scaling office commission structure.
- Competitive holiday package.
- Minimum OTE £60,000+.
