A well-respected independent estate agency is in the hunt for an experience Lettings Consultant based in the prestigious St. John's Wood area. With a commitment to integrity, customer service, and a proven track record, our client has established themselves as a leader in the market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day management of tenants.
- Generate viewings and obtaining lets on properties.
- You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases.
- Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner.
- Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback.
- £25,000 Basic Salary
- Car Allowance
- Generous Uncapped Commission Structure
- £80,000 + OTE
- Experience working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator.
- You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients.
- Proven track record in closing deals in North West London.
- An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values, and an awareness of the local competition.
