This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a renowned network, focusing on delivering world-class service and bespoke marketing strategies for the upper quartile of the property market.
Key responsibilities of the Super Prime Lettings Agent:
- Managing the entire lettings process, from initial client contact to key handover.
- Creating and implementing bespoke marketing strategies tailored to each client, utilising local, national, and international exposure.
- Providing exceptional service, following the Fine & Country proven strategy of presentation, exposure, and service.
- Building and maintaining relationships with U/HNW clients, delivering a professional and personalised experience.
- £50,000 Basic Salary
- Minimum 6 Month Guarantee

- £100,000 OTE
- Proven experience listing and selling homes in super-prime areas, ideally in NW London.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering results.
- Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Experience working with UH/HNW clients, offering bespoke marketing and personalised service.
- A proactive and motivated approach to achieving success in a competitive market.
